I recently overstayed my time limit in a privately owned car park, managed by TPS parking solutions by about 10 minutes. After reading the forums and advice on this site I have ignored all corespondence with them. But I am now getting threatning letters, and they have put it in the hands of Debt recovery plus. Can anyone give any advice. Its now up to £150. Many thanks

Read the sticky threads, the DRP letters are all on there and you should be at the stage of just laughing at them and playing snap with each letter by now.
What's to worry about? You have seen the Watchdog clip on the sticky threads as well I presume? Just because the figure they are quoting is '£150' doesn't mean you actually owe anything, any more than if they started demanding £150,000!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
