I am in again this week. Thanks Dusty for the lists, and thanks Juliejim for last week, especially as it was such a tough week for you. I hope it all goes well for you tomorrow.

I haven't posted for a few days - been busy running around like a headless chicken!! I have taken DD1 back to uni again today. She was home for the weekend as she had an induction day for her summer job (and its only January). It is at the local theme park - their season starts 4/2. She can't work weekends, but has said she can work half term, so she can start earning again :j

I think this week I need to concentrate on my uni work, as I don't want to get behind

My lists:
Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
Wipe the table and work surfaces
Sweep/Hoover/mop the floor
Level Two
Wipe on top of high up cupboards if safe to do so
Clean the window ledge
Level Three
Catch up on any handwashing/sponge marks off furnishings
Sort out/defrost your freezer, what can you use up this week
HHI
Extras
Sort out your baking trays/pans, ditch rusty ones.
Dust any surfaces which need it
Go sort a hot spot - if you don't have one you deserve HHme time

4. Send off Becky’s passport
5. Write up 3 observations
6. De-flea cat & dog

8. Back up laptops & remove hard disk from old laptop

4. Look into new website costs £300-£400, + £30 p.a. +£5 pm !!!!; or £55 p.a (that’s better!)
5. Work – update LJ’s for LO’s WIP – try to do some every day
6. Sort out pictures for photo frame
7. Work – make list of resources
8. Work – photographic labels for resources
9. Cupboard under stairs to do when shed ready
10. Clean oven & grill – maybe get someone in to do deep clean?
11. Clear out bottom (junk) drawer in kitchen
12. Clear out cupboard under sink
13. Clear bedside drawer
14. Clear out/clean bathroom cabinet
15. Work – update 2011/12 accounts
16. Book dentist
17. Work – update Self Evaluation Form
18. Clean lounge/dining room carpet DR done!
19. Replace broken catches in kitchen
20. Sort out Becky’s passport photo’s done
21. Look into emergency insurance cover – eg boiler & water supply (Homeserve?)
22. Get toilet roll holder for downstairs loo that the children can reach!
23. Paint bathroom window frame
24. Paint bathroom door frame
25. Paint banisters/spindles, etc
26. Sort out broom cupboard
27. Make bags up for toys done first one
28. Make up boxes for toys and sort out/clean/re-organise
29. Organise toys etc in new units started
31. Clear junk out of top cupboards in kitchen (3 cupboards) 2 done, 1 to go
32. Sort out/reorganise cupboard above oven need to buy shelves from Ikea
33. Chain/bolt for front door bought bolt but doesn’t fit. Need chain
35. Get LR door fixed
36. Get Summerhouse insulated WIP
37. Flooring for Summerhouse
38. Work – review policies & procedures
40. Work – look at accreditation paperwork
41. Check paperwork needed for holiday – visas/passports etc.
42. Lose weight!!
43. Work – check First Aid kit
44. Change light bulb in bathroom to one that lights up the bathroom!

I'm in again this week, must keep it up as I like having a clean house!

Other bits I must do this week
Call the CAB and make an appointment
Pay the money out of the full change jar off the Argos card
Finish the Zip in OH's jeans
Ask about some more overtime if poss.
Raid the loft for some more bits to go on ebay
Keep up with the flylady thread
Make a meal plan for the next month
Do a big shop on Payday (Friday)

Only just got back from spending the afternoon at my friends house. Only had to do a little sorting in DD3 & 4's room, they've done so well and we're really excited to show me what they'd done in there this morning
Didn't have to do DD3's room, I think she was so scared about me coming over she did it herself :rotfl:I did go through all her clothes with her though.
We've come home with the car stuffed full of stuff for the CS :eek: We were fed again too so no cooking or washing up for me

This morning my DD1 hoovered my bedroom, DD2 kind of cleaned the bedroom windows :cool: while I s&s the kitchen and did 2 loads of washing.

Off to bed in a bit, have a busy day tomorrow. DD2 and I have the doctors in the morning and in the afternoon DD1 has her interview for college :j Fingers crossed for her but I'm sure she'll be fine I'm more worried about the bloody car making it there :mad: It's still playing up and I'm still thinking DD2's dad's mate has been diddling us :mad:
I'm going to text an old school friend of mine who's also a mechanic to come look at it :cool: I'm really worried about what my parents will say as it's still really their car (but in my name) and they are still paying the bills _pale_

Hey, I'm new to this thread, but what a fab thread it is! I will try my very best this week, as my house is constantly a pig sty with working full time and having a toddler and hubby to look after, lol! My list

Can't believe this thread. What a God send. I was beginning to think id been condemned to live like a slob forever. Going to really really try to do level two but will aim for level one to start me off. Hopefully this is the kick up the pants I've needed. Thank you all so much. Could somebody please explain "Toots" list? I'm a little confused. Roll on the morning.
