Rear Bumper Load Sill Protection Strip

Anybody got any ideas where I can find a rubber protection strip that will fit my 2002 (old style) Vectra. I carried some bikes last weekend on the back and one of my mates had studded Pedals - result is an unsightly gouge out of my bumper. It is just below the Load Sill of the Bumper and so I figure that like with the strips you can get to fit to the sill on the door of your car, you must be able to get one to fit to the bumper sill of your car.
I do not want to have to pay the £100-150 for a respray or the £250-300 for a new rear bumper. I have seen rear bumper protection strips for other cars on ebay for about £30 which is much easier to stomach but not for the venerable Veccy.
