question for Brittania mortgage landlords

I currently have a Brittania Morgage and wish to rent my house. Can someone out there let me know what the repercussions are with letting them know I'm going to be renting it. As far as I can see from their literature there is simply a 100 admin cost. It reads as though no other changes apply including no change to the interest rate? correct?
I'd also like to know what I need to supply the mortgage company - i.e do I need to show them the tenacy agreement? insurance etc??
thanks guys,
rCh
