  • If they do call you back within 5 days, see if they can hurry along the actual closure - there's no way on earth that it should take 15 weeks to sort out...

    I have daughters, one who is 18yrs old and at sixth form college. The csa payments cease on her 19th birthday. It stops when family allowance ceases to be payed. I know this as my ex-husband and his new partner have tried every trick in the book to get out of paying any money towards the children that he walked out on, they both begrudge paying towards to the kids upkeep, so I have had many conversations with the csa and probably could write a book on it now.
