my husband works full time and we dont get free prescriptions etc , he had a lip on his spine he is in constant pain and has a constant repeat prescription from the doctors, can we claim anything to pay for prescriptions and pysio, many thanks

Depending on how many prescription items your husband needs per month, it might be cheaper to get a prescription prepayment certificate. It works out cheaper if you need more than 14 items in 12 months I think.

If he has mobility and or care issues i.e. is in constant pain when walking then apply for DLA (assuming under 65). Don't delay and appeal if declined. One month to appeal. Get some good supporting evidence from his Doctor. You can work and claim DLA and is non-means tested and non taxable it can also entitle you to Working Tax Credits or an increased amount if on a low income.0
