Complete home refurb.

Options
I'm going to have to do a complete upgrade on my home this year and of course want to do as much non-tech prep work as possible. The house is basically sound, but very much stuck in the 80's/90's.

Is there an order in which things need to be done:building, electrics, plumbing, etc? I just want to rip it all back to the basics and build up from there.

Any books, websites, etc very welcome.

Thanks guys.

have you got the cash? got a budget?

if you do your budget and find you cant afford it = youre ok (can sell the house, scale back plans, rent it out yada yada)

if you rip it to bits then budget and find you cant afford it = youre !!!!ed
