Terms and Conditions

• All valid entries will be entered into a free draw and the winners chosen at random by an independent party.
• There is one prize of a 5-day (4-night) all-inclusive program for two people in a shared twin or double room at Tierra Patagonia. The prize includes transfers to and from Punta Arenas (airport, pier or hotel), Puerto Natales or Cerro Castillo, accommodation in a twin or double bedded room with views of the Torres del Paine National Park, all meals (American breakfast, lunch and dinner) open bar (soft drinks, juices, house beers, wines and liquors), daily excursions in small groups with other guests and use of Uma Spa Facilities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, indoor heated pool).
• The prize does not include international or domestic flights, private transfers or transfers on days and on times other than our regular published service, private excursions, premium wines or liquors, spa treatments or spending money.
• The winner must book their travel by 1 April 2012 and complete all travel between 1 March and 31 October 2012, or 1 March and 30 April 2013, subject to availability and excluding local holidays including but not limited to Easter. Alternative travel dates are not available.
• Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any amendments to the booking will be at the winner's cost.
• The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
• Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and in possession of a full UK passport. Employees of Journey Latin America, Tierra Hotels, their families or any agencies or persons connected with this competition may not enter.
• The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance.
• The winner must comply with and is responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for the destination.
