Trying to look at IQ test on website before taking the DWP test and got the dreaded red cross in the corner of diagrams so couldn't answer that particular question.
Fortunately not the actual job test, just wondered if there is an easy solution to the problem?

Do you know what should have been shown? Was it just an image? Maybe a video?
Couple of things I can think of:
- Do you have any kind of ad blocking that maybe blocking it?
- Do you have flash/java etc installed and up-todate?
- What browser are you using? Have you tried opening the page with another?
** Edit, also what are your firewall/AV/browser settings like? If you have them set to strict then it may be blocking some form of scripting or ActiveX controls that are used by whatever the red cross represents0 -
Spybot and the like could be blocking it too. Peerblock, Spywareblaster. Anything that changes the hosts file:idea:0

...or it could just be an out of date website which is trying to display pictures which have been moved/deleted.I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.0
