in IVA & DRO
I sent a letter to my IVA people in May telling them I split from partner and was moving, I also asked if I could skip a payment. I only had a year left of the IVA, I heard nothing at all, then when I make a payment it came back saying account not found.
Since then the creditors in the IVA have now started to contact me. I did email the IVA people asking what was going on and where my 4 years worth of money has gone, and i want it back.
I also now only think I can put all the creditors on it DRO.
BUt i seriously need help and advise, I aint too well atm, depression and all the stuff that comes with it.

That goes some way to explaining it. Balir Endersby were taken over last year ( or at least their cases were) by Grant Thornton. You won't be able to get the money back -- but hopefully the IVA can be restarted, as it wasn't your fault you dot lost in the move! Only a year to go and that will be that.
