    got some dried ginger in a jar ( the stuff you use in cakes) so i'll try that.don't like cheese.usually use a mixture of veg including broccolli ( never used cabbage) and i think that's possibly where the problem lies

    don't want to add chilli cos it's hot enough and i shoved 3 cloves of garlic in when i was making the soup.a few ideas but i'm gonna try out the orange juice this time
