Extra tall wardrobes

Options
hi there does anyone know any other places apart from Ikea that sell extra high wardrobes ie about 230 cm tall? I like a couple of the Ikea ones but being me I have to look at the alternatives before I commit! I've tried gogling but not had much luck up to now. they're for a teenage girl's bedroom - thanks if anyone has any suggestions

ikea stuff is reasonably good, straightforward to assemble, only issue we have had is with getting the stuff home - too big / heavy / long for the car. I'd pick ikea over other self assembly furniture

I bought some furnture from Harveys, a wardrobe, small bedside table and dressing table. Very good quality and solid.

The wardrobe is only a few inches from our normal height ceiling.

I think Harveys have stopped selling the range but I do know that some other biggie sells them.

Its the LIMA range, so have a google with that name.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Years ago, we built an extra tall double wardrobe(as instructed) flat on the floor.

However, when we came to standing it up, it jammed in the ceiling. We didn't take account of it being taller corner to corner when you stand it up. (Have (normal) low ceilings).

We had to take the whole of one side off and the back and make it again whilst it was stood up.

Spoilt the wardrobe as it was "rickety" after that.

I can thoroughly recommend IKEA wardrobes from personal experience. My son got his delivered by someone who operates from the store. He said it was money well spent.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

thanks for all the replies - and thanks for the advice about assembling them. someone mentioned that to us when we first started looking and last time we went to Ikea we asked as assistant who said you can assemble them upright which should make it easier. Now we just have to decide on normal doors or sliding ones - that will probably take us another 6 months! will have a look a the Lima range - thanks
