This is a strange one as I have both semi skimmed milk in my fridge and Cranberry Juice. The milk tells me it has 48 calories per 100ml and the Cranberry Juice states it has 49 calories per 100ml. Not much difference at all but when I googled the calorie count in Cranberry juice I came across this site which gives 57 calories per 100ml http://www.thefoodchart.com/non-alcoholic-drinks.php

    Yep I'm totally confused!

depends on the make of cranberry juice surely

hell even milk can be slightly different cals, the semi skimmed we have has 49 cals per 100, ive even seen 50 cals per 100ml for semi skimmed

Yep that was exactly what I was thinking. Surely the answer could be Milk or Cranberry Juice :(

gone to many diet websites and normal cola not coke a cola, have more calories, and as stated they should have given us brands, but going with what they said, just normal pint of cola.

dont think many will agree but lets keep a look out onced the comp has finished , good luck all:j

I found this on the Carbs and Cals own Twitter page....

Did you know there are 115 MORE calories in a pint of cranberry juice than in a pint of standard cola?!

So I don't think the answer will be cola but rather between milk and cranberry juice.

    :)
