When I've had problems with specific web sites in the past . . . (eg with lovefilm.com)

I've had to change the settings in the modem/router firewall. If the web-site has been programmed to "strange" standards your firewall may be blocking it. good luck.

tried everything, nothing works, wouldn't mind but JL recently sent me an e mail reminding me of my password as I had forgotten it, since then I cannot even get into the site. Strange and annoying as I like to do net orders at their store.

You tried a different browser ?
  • It may be a DNS cache issue.
    Try clearing your DNS cache.
Start> Run> Type "cmd" and press enter> In the command window type "ipconfig/flushdns" (without the "s).

    Hope that helps?
