First of all I apologise in advance if this shouldn't be on this board, but this is where I do most of my lurking/chatting so here I am. OH and I have just flown back from a few days in New York (all paid for by money earnt fromthe Money for Nothing Challenge and cheap flights found via MSE).
Whilst strolling along Fifth Avenue, OH pulled me into Tiffany's and said "Lets have a look around". He dragged me up to the second floor (engagement rings  )..............and turned around and proposed!!:j :j
No prizes for guessing what I said.
I left Tiffany's with a sparkly object on my finger and one of their famous little blue boxes......not very DFW I know, but OH has apparently been secretly selling off stuff to pay for it. Celebratory cocktails were drunk in the bar of the Trump Tower next door (got a free round too!).
I'll be opening a bottle of champagne tonight and if anyone would like to join me, then just pass over your glasses.....quick before the jet-lag kicks in!
