E: 22/1 Aviva Car Insurance -£80.80 cashback
Comments

Browsing around for my car insurance I noticed Aviva were offering £80.80 cash back via TopCashBack.
The offer ends today and is applicable to any new policy taken out online. I've found them to be quite price competitive (saving £2000 on my renewal price!)
HTH
Saving £2,000  - What you driving, a tank?!A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
Caution here ! Not only are they Slooooooooooooooow for cashback; they try their darndest to force you into continuous renewal mandate which are at ridiculous rates; the rub comes when you have to meet the conditions to stop the mandate; a fortune in phone calls to different people ie the run around ; told to call 3 days before auto renewal to cancel mandate when there is a blue moon etc, as their systems can't handle early cancellation of the mandate, total carp.
Avoid unless less give you a ridiculous price in the right direction, and you can handle the agro."Didn't I try to Warn them I said !"

had my policy wth aviva and altough the cashback was no problems their customer service is terrible!!! when you phone them it takes so long to get through that you even choose your own music! had major problems with my no claims discount being acceted and kept getting letters after sending in what was required to say they'd received the info then would get another letter to say they were still waiting on information and this could affect my insurance. wouldn't deal with them again due to this!!0

obviously people have different experiences. I insured with Aviva at the end of October, a very reasonable quote and the £80.60 cashback with TCB tracked and paid out fairly quickly. They didn't even ask for proof of my no claims discount. I was also really pleased to find out that they didn't charge any extra when I needed to add my sister on to the policy as a named driver after her car died. So it's a thumbs up from me0

to anyone going with aviva keep a copy of any paperwork proving how many years ncd you have , aviva will only provide you with 6 yrs when you leave them even if you started with them with 9 yrs . my brother has had alsorts of problems with them. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
