No Access to BarcCard statements

Story so far.....
On Sunday I raised a complaint with Barclaycard.
Today, at 10am, someone called me and said he was going to request the fax to be sent, and he would call me back after 4 hours.
At 3pm, he called me back, no sign of the fax. So he said that he was going to re-request another fax to be sent and he would call me back within 1 hour.
Its not 7:30pm, no sign of the fax, and no call from the guy.
No wonder the economy is so bad with banks being run like this.
