Esa tribunal adjourned. Two questions

Hi.
On the 19th of this month I had an esa tribunal hearing, I didn't attend because my doctor agreed that it would provoke my anxiety too much. Today I got a letter stating that the tribunal adjourned due to insufficient evidence to make a decision. They have said they will get medical notes from my doctor (she has been sick for almost a month now) I am just wondering can I still claim esa whilst they decide when the next hearing will be? (the letter dodn't state this and it didn't make much sense to me) or do I have to switch to JSA?

Many massive thanks I am confused and stressed by this!!
