Went on the site first thing on Thursday prior to the codes working, then again later when the codes did. I was looking to book Butlins Minehead for Oct half term and those dates were not available, tried again on Friday with no luck. Thought I'd give it one last check just now and it's available!! When you get the bill for the extras is there an option for extending to a 7 day stay?

Doing a holiday search without going through the £10 offer page still comes up with 3 or 4 night breaks starting from £10. I have not been asked for any codes and it is allowing me to proceed with a booking for £10 pp.
I can't see from here what the extras are but would presume they are the same as the ones for the special offer. There does not seem to be a link from from their website.

i dont think you can extend it to a 7 night stay
