Just wondering how this is different from a speculative invoice from a PPC ? I mean they both have no legal merit, they sent out thousands of letters, they both threaten legal action, and they both target vunreable people.
So why is one up before a judge and is now bankrupt, when equally repugnant businesses are allowed to flourish ? Honestly it beats me.

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

PPC's at least attempt to give you something they own/lease if you know what I mean.. ACS was just acting like a Nigerian trickster as they did not own any of the copyrights.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Probably because the whole scheme involving ACS: Law & Davenport Lyons was engineered by a solicitor and embarrassed the legal system at wig level. In the case of PPC's it is simply one prole preying on another something the establishment is unlikely to ever dirty its hands with.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
