Been thinking of getting one of these for a while, came across this one on Amazon which I think is a good buy. Has good reviews as well

Will try anything to make cleaning easier :T

Get a cheap and cheerful one, Ebay usually have loads. They are pretty rubbish and don't last or work terribly well. I've had 3 different ones now from cheap to expensive none have performed very well.0

I wouldn't bother rushing for this deal unless you are desperate to save £3 as it seems it's only £30 at other places anyway. Does anyone have the VAX one and can recommend it?0 -
I do - bought it in Asda last year. I like them but they are never as good or even nearly as good as the likes of QVC would have you believe. The biggest tip I can give is to use distilled water in them as limescale is the thing that kills them very quickly, within months. Also do not store with water in them.
This one has got a good long lead and is easier than mopping IMO. They are not much good for carpets and you will need extra mop heads - buy from ebay or make your own if you are a bit handy.0 -
My mum is a cleaning fanatic and she loves her steam mop, i personally cant stand it so having seen how well hers works i'm tempted to get one myself.0

I got the vax kitchen and bathroom steam cleaner and love it ! I am not awful into cleaning haha but this makes it easy. I have used it on everything, leather sofa, windows, floors. shower screen tiles, the car, my blinds . I would say the floor extension is a wee bit flimsy but as long as your careful there is no problem. It comes with a multitude of attachments too.January

I used this

and love it, although I got it when it was on offer for around £30. Never tried a steam one.0 -
hi, i recently bought the vax 2 floor steam mop from amazon at cost of £39.99, it is excellent, saves so much time and means i clean the kitchen floor much more frequently than have in the past, which with 2 cats is a definate good thing, i think the price has gone back up again now but would recommend it - in fact work colleague has bought 1 form my ravings.0
