Feeling guilty about going back to work after baby

    It's normal to feel like this, but in fact it's great that your baby gets to spend time with other members of your family.

    My wife felt the same when she went back to work when our son was 4 months old. He goes to nursery 3 days a week, I look after him for 2 days and my wife looks after him the other 2 days.

    It's nice that we all do our own thing sometimes. Spending time apart means that we appreciate the time that we do have together.
