Hi People of the world
I recieved a PCN for outstaying my welcome at the titled premises.I was unaware I wasnt welcome for more than a hr, also unaware I will be fined through the post for doing so. Is it still a case of ignoring these letters or has the law changed etc.

You have NOT been fined, they have sent you a speculative invoice in the hope you will be a good citizen and send them some money. This you won't do will you? Current advice is still to ignore them, nothing yet has changed.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

by the way who were the parking company ? Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Same as the company who issued the fake PCN help up by the solicitor Tim Cary in the Watchdog video (linked on one of our sticky threads at top).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
