    beacuse maybe it wasent me that passed the security, someones got holdof my info, fraud department had contacted me a month ago as some one had made a purchase online and needed me to authurise it, barcays have no record of this, some one accessd my tele banking and changed my contact number earlyer this moth

    if it make sense , or am i still pulling a fast one

    So a fraudster phoned you out of the blue, pretending to be Barclays' fraud department, and asked you to confirm various security details for your Barclays account. You gave the details to the fraudster who subsequently phoned Barclays and made a payment from your account. I'd say you have the bear the loss for divulging your authentication credentials to a third party without taking reasonable care to verify the third party's identity.
