Nope. The Equality Act/EHRC guidelines on the definition of disability are quite clear. Wheelchair notwithstanding, any kind of short to medium term recoverable condition is not a disability.

It seems strange that someone who is in a wheelchair cannot be considered disabled, I remember my brother breaking two arms and a leg when he came off a rope swing when he was a kid and was a wheelchair for months, to think that wouldn't count , not that I'm thinking a disabled bay is nothing advisory in a private car park
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

The time qualification in the Equality Act would be the only thing that might apply here - Disability under the act only applies to any condition or impairment likely to last a year or more. EHRC do accept this can be a serious problem/annoyance for those with a condition lasting less than this but being wheelchair bound/otherwise impaired by itself is not enough.

Although I'd agree that it is simple common sense and good customer service to ensure that anyone with an impairment gets some form of help.

Private = ignore, ignore, ignore some more.

Really, truly nothing else about your case is relevant ...simply ignore everything from them.

    Yes...I mean it.

    Seriously...ignore it all.
