thanks for reading this firstly , i have been on a mission to get from 17 stone and have lost 3 stones to make me a still over weight 14 stone i would love to be sponsored in my efforts to run the sainsburys sports relief 3 miles , if anyone is feeling generous i would appreciate a little donation on my just giving page , no annoying sign ups and you can paypal it i dont ever come into contact with the money its all sent straight to the charity ( just in case you think im a scammer )
This would be great forr both the charity and myself as i need the push and this would be such a huge achievement and who knows i cojuld be doing the marathon for charity next year !!
