Different Approach on this site to the CAG site.

Options
First of all this isn't meant to lead to one is better than the other.

However I have noticed on MSE you are advised (if you wish to claim intrest) to ask for your intrest back at 8% with the first letter asking for your money back.

On the CAG it says do not ask for intrest until you make a court claim.

I have started using this site but went on The CAG site for extra support and now I feel even more confused.

Also can anyone help RE: this barclays are fobbing me off saying that are lloking into my concerns and will get back to me by 5 march should i send them a LBA now or wait untill 5 march

follow your own timetable. force them to take notice of you, not shove you in a desk drawer until they feel like it.

i would ask for interest just cause then you have some negoiating room early on but i guess its up to individuals.
