Anyone have success with m&s money ?

Hi , i have in the past week received a letter from egg telling me I am getting refund of £2400 !! And also a letter from m&s refusing my claim !

As my success with egg is the 3rd successful claim , all on the same grounds I am a bit baffled as to why m&s has refused !

Is it worth an appeal to the fsa ? Any advice would be much appreciated thanks !

In regards of the rejected case, if that was not the final decision, then yes write back further, and tell them you do not agree with the decision they made and give your reasons for why you don't and any further info that you think may help your case, but otherwise if they confirmed its final and enclosed details/leaflet of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) complain to them by following the instruction on the leaflet, good luck.
