PPI reclaim against spring finance and central trust

hi just wondering if anyone has had success reclaiming ppi with spring finance or central trust, have just started the ball rolling by
sending off sar letters,
any info much apreciated

Hi myself and my wife have got a joint loan with ct capital and are in the process of claiming back ppi we wrote to them in January 2011 complaining about the ppi and asking for our ppi back to which they just sent us a straight letter saying no so we took the claim to the ombudsman in March 2011 and this week January 2012 we got a letter back from the adjudicator at the ombudsman saying he had upheld our complaint but that ct capital had denied it so it has now gone to the main ombudsman for a final decision.I think ct capital just try to delay thongs as long as they can so just hang in there and good luck againational them

Hi just to let you know this week 29/7/12 we recieved a letter of the main onbudsman saying his decision was final and that he has instructed CT CAPITAL to pay us back the full amount of ppi we have paid and to restructure our loan and his decision is final. the lesson in this is keep at them and be patient i am now waiting for my cheque does anyone know how long is a reasonable time to wait for payment as all in all i have been on this claim for over 18 months now. Thanks
