Problems with a Mira Sport shower unit.
We have 3 mira sport 9000w showers in the house. My partner was using one of them when the water stopped flowing in the middle of showering.
I have checked the fuses and rcd, both OK.
I checked the inlet water supply for blockages, all clear.
I have checked the electric supply to the unit this is OK.
I have changed it over with one of the other ones, this works OK in the original shower.
The faulty unit in the new location still does not work, by checking one units operation with another one I have found that when the ON switch is in the OFF position there is power to the top of the heater tank and not to the out going terminals to both units, however when they are both switched on, the good unit has power to the out going terminal, but the faulty unit does not.
Is this the problem??
I initially thought it would be the pump, is this contained inside the heater tank?

How old is the unit ? if less than a year old then get a Mira engineer back to it.You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0
