Re-shaping an image online

Hi all,

Not necessarily a techie question, but I though i'd ask here first as there seems to be a varied knowledge of all things.

I have a round logo that i'm trying to convert into a teardrop shape, but I can't find any programs online that I can do it with. Is there anything you know of or will I need to get a proper designer to do it for me?

Depends on the logo and the format it has been saved in. If you were to just reshape the entire image, everything on it also reshape, image and text.

Its just a circular logo with text across the middle. Essentially I just want to have the circular bit at the bottom of the tear drop and then the top bit just merging into the logo. So, for instance, the background is all blue, with yellow writing across the middle. I know you can fill a shape in Microsoft word with an image, and it's a little bit like that, but unfortunately it doesn't have a teardrop shape, just your basic square, circle, triangle, etc.

Image is a jpg, bmp or gif.
