Fashion Revenge & Groupon

I bought a voucher through Groupon at the beginning of December for a shamballa bracelet through Fashion Revenge. The bracelet arrived at the beginning of January (I wasn't happy about that but put up with it). I gave the bracelet to my son's girlfriend as her belated Christmas present but the next day the stones started to come off it. I emailed Fashion Revenge as you can't ring them as there is no number listed and after emailing 3 times finally got a reply saying return the bracelet and we'll give you a refund. I returned the bracelet on 7 January by recorded delivery and have heard no more from them. I've had no replies to my emails from either Groupon or Fashion Revenge.

Any idea where I should go from here? The bracelet was (supposedly) £70 but with the £12 Groupon voucher I only had to pay £1.99 P&P - so I;'ve spent £13.99. No a huge amount but at the moment I'm out £13.99 and have no bracelet either with or without stones dropping out!.:mad:

I've got an update on this, today the item I had sent back recorded delivery has been returned to me as the address Fashion Revenge gave me is unknown!!
