Hi
Do you mind me asking where your wife posted her complaint?
We are trying to claim from 2003 for an Audi car loan.
Many thanks0 -

If you got finance from the car dealership then the complaint will go nowhere as it's pre-regulation. If you got an Audi loan you complain to the Audi dealership who will then reject it.Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Your Audi car dealer is the address you send it to as the complaint is against them.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I successfully claimed from Capital Bank - it is indeed now part of HBOS. In my case the loan was bought directly from them so I did not need to worry about it being pre-regulation. It may be of interest for people to know that the loan was taken out in 1995 and I successfully reclaimed in 2018 - the bank did still have a record.
Capital Bank was previously known as NWS Securities0 -
Hi can I ask which bank did you claim from please? I tried B of Scotland who have no record of my account. Now I am reading that it may HBOS!
By the way, I had a Capital Bank Credit Card in May 2001. Any success, anyone?
Any help would be most appreciated

LOL, I just love the 'experts' giving advice that peoples claims will 100%, absolutely fail - only to be proven wrong.
You're on the wrong forum - dogma is what this site is here to defeat.
