Dfs sofa - help!!!

I urgently need help. i purchased a sofa from dfs in october which was finally delivered on Monday. When the sofa came I was mortified with it, it looked nothing like the one in the showroom and looked old. The cushions were all flat and the leather looked baggy, in fact in could be lifted abour 3 inches up off the actual cushion seat and just looked stretch and old. Whilst they delivery drivers were bringing the sofa into my house the ripped the dust protector and fabric underneath. I am arguing with them over this at the moment. Since this I have done some reasearch on the internet and realised that seating cushions on my sofa and on a picture on the internet are different. My sofa cushions have panels sown into them which i am almost certain they did not have when I saw the display model in store and that I can not see on the picture on the internet (which is not very clear). I am hoping that someone out there has the same sofa and wondered if you could check your seats or possible send me a picture of the seating cushions... please help!!!

You might get a positive response if you post a link to the sofa which you are referring to - otherwise how is anyone to know if they have the same one as you?
