Sorry i forgot to add, it was for personal use not business.. but i was looking to set up a business in the future with the knowledge gained. My reasons for cancelling was I decided now was not the right time and i should wait a couple more years. Needless to say, after this treatment it all sounds like one big scam and i will not be returning!0

If it is UK registered then DSR do apply, lots of companies are based in the US but are trading all over the world. They should refund within 30 days and are not allowed to make deductions, you need to remind them of their obligations under DSR.0

Regulation 5 on the DSR refers to things that do not apply. It mentions Financial services. Would you say this would apply to Financial Training packages? .. and could this be a loop for this type of business?0

DSRs also exclude fresh foods.
If you were training to become a greengrocer, your training course would similarly not be exempt.0
