Is anyon else around?Ive just been cleaning the kitchen and DH has left a pile of dirty microfibre cloths in the sink...I was about to run the DW and wondered-could I lob them in the top shelf or am I likely to bung it up?0

Hes not home yet and I wanna go to bed:( But DD's basket is stil downstairs (with her in it) and DS2 is upstairs in his cot in or room.So if I stay down here i might not hear him if he wakes, but I cant carry her upstairs without disturbing her. Im so gad today was DH's last day at this company-everytime he goes out to "work functions" he falls in at 3am !!!!!! as a coot...and he doesnt answer his phone coz he doesnt hear it so Im clueless about when to expect him:mad:0 -
Do you not have airers or rads you can hang clothes on? I have two airers that I hang my washing on. I know it must be a bit harder with lit'uns but my sister uses 3 airers constantly with her two. Plus free dryingDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

He's loathe as we already have a bit of mildew going-I have a washing line cover but he's all about the easy way.His mate ended up here overight after his car brke down and he was saying how "the missus" has discovered bulk buying and how he was liking it as theres always stuff in now-and he was happy for me to hold the purse coz if he has £2.77 in his wallet he will spend 2.77.
The friend was confused,saying-so shes spending yor money-then making you pay for the stuff shes bought with your money? To which DH respnded: "basically" and then friend asked...so she's keeping your money then-so whats she doing with it? He really thought I was pocketing the cash for me-took a while for DH to twig and explain how he know gets more stuff because he's not wasting the money.
I am hearing bins being tossed about outside-I suspect he's home so I best go help him or he'll no find the key.
...and huge sigh as its over now:j0 -
Spotted this on rainforest deal finder:lenor 1.5lx6 for £13 works out to 252 washes (0.05per wash)-doing SM comparisons i found at MrA lenor 3L on rollback £4 (there are other fragrances) buy 3 for £12 works out to 255 washes (0.04per wash).
DS1 is at a birthday party at the sports centre next door to mrA A on Sunday,so I'll nip in then-that'll be Polkadot Palace covered for washing powder, fabric softener AND dshwasher tablets for roughly the next year (taking into account whats already in) and Ill be decanting into smaller bottles whilst DH isnt looking...do all your OH's seem to be heavy handed with the stock if they know there's more in?0 -

Hi Polkdot - this was a tip once by Agi on HCIYH? so I tried it - didn't like it as all the bits from the dishes sat on the dishcloth (yuk) so never tried it again. I put my in a saucepan on the hob add a small amount of washing powder and boil for about 10 minutes. My dishcloths look good as new.:DWhen you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Mr A had 3L of C0mf0rt this week for £3 - 84 washes so works out at just 0.0357p per wash. Can't see it on their website, but I did notice a 5L one for £5 (142 washes) which works out slightly cheaper per wash (0.0354p)than the 3L one. When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. The Amaz*n 6 x 1.5 Lenor has recently gone up in price, it's been £11 something for ages. I last bought it at under £6 for 6, so it's def worth tracking!0
