  • I applied through mr money man then unfortunately I read this thread I've now contacted my bank and had to get them to block my card and issue me with a new one it's going to be a bit of a pain til it arrives but better than these scum buckets dipping into my account when they feel like it,wall and bullet springs to mind....:D I should have known better so more fool me....:( oh well we live and learn at least all they got was £3.49....:p

  • I also made the mistake:Received a text saying I had been approved for a loan, so paid the search fee without question - only to then be told I had been rejected.am taking them to small claims at county court now. The listed director of MAndrew Bailey has 3 company director or secretary appointments.

    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
