BGS Services Limited // CCS collect

I recieved a photo parking enforcement notice from BGS (I had parked down an alley NEXT to a car park) which was apparently private property as well. There was a warning notice next to the car park but nothing on the alley, according to google maps street view there was another warning notice which has since been taken down. (I work next door and know it hasn't been there in some time).

I took advise from the internet and ignored all their letters. A letter from CCS collect arrived today. I called them and told them I didn't intend to pay. They said this was fine and that I would probably be taken to court by BGS.

My question is, are they likely to take me to court and are they likely to win.

I am not sure why you called CCS Collect as they are just part of the scam letter-chain.

I skim-read it for CCS Collect letters and they are used by G24 and Premier Parking Solutions so you can see which letters people have uploaded to the thread.

No need to panic. CCS Collect do not have any powers, do not do Court and nor do BGS (nor G24 nor PPS). This is a very tame letter-chain and you must just continue to ignore it now.

What you can do is pm Crabman with a link to the CCS Collect letters you get, so he can add them to the info on BGS which at the moment stops short of the debt collector letters (only because no-one has provided them so far). We do rely on people letting Crabman know what they get, to keep the thread as up to date and informative as possible.

What's a "photo parking enforcement notice"? Photos have no meaning whatsoever in the context of private parking.

No, just ignore them! Plenty of examples of CCS Collect/G24's toilet paper in the sticky and other threads on this forum.
