Help - minimum terms and admin charges

hi am a newbie to forums and couldnt find anything on this issue elsewhere. Apologies if its the wrong place to ask this question

i used link from MSE to uswitch to change from Powergen to BG click energy in december. The (bleeps) at BG then raised the price in January. Can't find anything in T&Cs about minimum terms or admin charges if i change again.

currently Click energy 2 looks reasonable (especially with upcoming price reduction)
my questions are
1. does anyone know if there is supposed to be a minimum term? Recently they have been advertising that there is no "Tie in" but dont know if it applies to click energy - couldnt clarify on their website

2.whats the best way for me to get onto Click energy2 - ring BG or use a switching site again?

thanks
