I made an order this afternoon and used the code, the discount was showing in 'my basket' and when i went through to the checkout page. However on checking my order confirmation the discount wasn't taken off. I phoned their CS to explain the error and that it isn't due to expire until the end of the day, I've got to call them back once the order has been despatched to get a refund of the difference.
The CS lady didn't say it had expired or anything so I take it that should be working, until the end of the day at least.0 -
It was only valid until midday today, thats why it stopped working properly.:beer:0

The girl instore today told me it's the last day of the sale so presumably they will update the website now. Nothing to tempt me in there, they had very little, mainly body butters, which I already have a stack of. Couldn't complain at the ones that were £3 but I really just didn't need them so walked away. :money:Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -

It was still working after 3 which was when I made my order but as I say it disappeared when I checked out. I'll ring up for my refund once the order has been dispatched but if they don't honour it then I'm not too fussed as needed to buy some of the bits for my OH.
I did get the extra 10% off Masks and Exfoliators even though I no longer have a LYB card.0
