Body Shop Extra Savings 30% Off *updated* now 40% off

Went into the Body shop today and showed them the email and they gave me 30% off. They tried to give me another 10% off using my loyalty card but the till wouldn't let it go through. Better than nothing!! Found out the Lychee range is being discontinued so grabbed a load of body butters and lotions from this collection.

They giving out free samples of the New Chocomania body butter, 8ml each not bad! =D

printed off email and popped in store this morning, managed to get the Spiced Vanilla
stuff that was oos online as I love it, I did notice a few prices that looked different
in store than online and somebody mentioned that yesterday

SV 400ml bubble bath £4 instore, £5 online? (these are before the 40% off)
SV 250ml shower gel £2 instore, think £3 online?
SV hand wash 250ml £2.50 instore, think £3 online?

got the festive lip balm tin trio pack instore, was 12, then 6 so got for 3.60, they
had all the gift cubes so got couple for 1.80, and picked up SV bubble bath, shower get and hand wash, all for £15 - theres a £10 tilspit off 25 shop 22 Feb - 22 March

really pleased with all my vanilla stuff and a few gifts, lady in store told me somebody
bought 40 gift cubes friday pm with the 40% off email, dont blame her at that price! I bought 5 online and 2today, with the Boots sales as well thats school raffles, teen party gifts, birthday and mothers day gifts and Christmas pressies sorted

So much of the stuff online is now OOS anyway, I got bored with looking at the website...not that I need anything else...and not that they emailed me a code as a LYB member anyway. I know loads of people who signed up for the card but never get the emails. They are missing a trick here with free marketing to potential customers...

Been a bit disappointed with TBS sale this year. I got loads last year and it doesn't seem to have been as much choice this year and some seems to be still there from last year?? Not sure how cranberry bubble bath can be almost twice the price as cranberry shower gel given they are undoubtedly the same product.....or near as....both of which are OOS anyway....

^^^^^ I feel exactly the same...only realised when I was at the till the other day that the LYB card expires after a year! I'd only gone in to get my birthday treat, then told sorry, only once. What's the point? I get loads of stuff online, but usually don't use the card as it often cancels codes and online purchases don't count towards your total spend on the card anyway. A bit of a con if you ask me.
Also have never received emails from them, so won't be buying the card again.

thought the same about the Vanilla, went into store and the bubble bath is 400ml whereas shower gel 250ml, but as far as I can tell they are the same product though. I do agree about the website, why leave everything that is OOS on the sale page? you get so bored or clicking on everything .. maybe they get google revenue/rating per click? is very annoying!
