Telephone Number does not exist!!!!

I need to contact Citizens Advice Bureau so I looked on the Say NoTo 0870 Site.
The advice was to use an 0300 prefix number via Mobile only as this would probably be cheapest.
Rang Orange to check price per minute and was informed that this prefix does not exist.
As there was a whole page giving this prefix for different branches of CAB, can ayone explain?
Thank you.

  • Orange may not like it because it has to be included in your inclusive minutes!

Calls to 03 numbers are at standard call rates, the same as calls made to land line numbers, even from mobile phones.

    January 2012 changes
From 3rd January, standard call connection fee is changing from 12.5p to 13.1p.
Also from 3rd January, the cost of a daytime call to 01, 02, 03, 0870 and 0845 numbers that is currently charged at 7.6p will increase to 7.95p per minute. This change does not affect any inclusive calls that are included in your package.
