If they're asking you to move money from your current account into your credit card account, it doesn't sound like they're trying to sell you anything. Is your credit card account in arrears or have you made any late payments?

Surprising that they didn't ask you security questions though, my bank want to know the ins and outs of my family tree before they deign to speak to me!
