Dress shopping today, so excited!

Off dress shopping with my mum and sister this morning! I'm soooooo excited!
I've picked out 4 dresses from the designers they do and I'm also gonna have a rummage through the 'off the rack' sale they have got on, up to 75% off.
Just hope I find a dress I love that in my budget £500-£1000

Have a fantastic time. you've done really well to pick out 4. I tried every dress on in the shop almost :rotfl: 3 hours later I had the one :T

Enjoy it. I had about 5 people there an we ate and drank and had a lovely afternoon. It will make it all so real!

Thanks girls, but I came away a bit disappointed :(

The shop had plenty of off the rack dresses but they were all a bit grubby and some were slightly damaged. Then they only had about 20 dresses available to order. Was annoyed because I'd spent ages trawling through the list of designers they did and I didn't see one designer dress in there!

I did find a dress I liked. But just liked. It didn't wow me. It was £775 reduced from £799 (wow) but I don't think it felt like £800's worth and it was their own brand. For £800 I at least want a name on it! Plus it was a size 20 (I'm a 10/12) so she had to hold it at the back to pull it in and I couldn't really get a good idea of how the back would look. I can't even find it on the net so I can have another look.

Going into town shortly, there's 4 shops there so going to visit each, check out what dresses and designers they have and make a few more appointments to try on more dresses.

    What's funny is what I thought I wanted I didn't like, and what I thought I didn't want I liked lol!

What a shame you were disappointed. I loved the place I got my dress - they were just lovely. I have fingers crossed you find something you like.

I ended up with a dress I wouldn't have dreamed I'd go for. And it was my mum who took it off the rail and said I should try it on. :D

Some shops are massively better than others - don't let this place put you off.

Dont give up - I tried on lots that I liked, and were lovely and if Id have to have picked one of them would have done happily. But wait for the WOW, it will come :D

:rotfl::rotfl:My dress was the exact opposite of what I said I would have! Also trust the shop, they will suggest some that you wouldnt pick but they will know what suits.

And remember - dont go by what it looks like on the hanger.

    Enjoy x
