Has anyone had any luck with Abbey Loans?

Today whilst sorting out loads of old paperwork, I have come across some old loan agreements that were paid in full in 2005 when we moved house. I knew I had the paperwork somewhere - trouble is i'm not sure if i've missed the deadlines.

I had 2 abbey Loans - one for £5000 taken out in 1999, but paid off in 2005, and the other for £6000, taken out in 2002, paid off also in 2005. Both had PPI on.

Can I still make claims on these or am I too late.

What do I need to do to start a claim - i've found the questionnaire template on the mse website - is that all I need to send, or do you also need to include a covering letter?

Would appreciate anyone's advice on this.

Many thanks

Leanne
