they refuse to answer emails
only once have they answered in a letter i presume is mass sent saying they have sent refund to my bank
helllllllllllllllllloooooooooo its not there.:mad:
they even told me at the last time id topped up that the transaction with debit card to top up my ballance hadnt worked so they needed to try again
ok i said 3 times they tried each time they said it hadnt gone through .
but it had they took all 3 transactions and wouldnt pay back .
i considered this fraud
lloyds tsb wouldnt help because they say i authorised the transaction regardless of weather it had gone through and what the company had said to me .that it hadnt ??????????????????????????

I GOTTA ADMIT ITS ONLY 25 QUID . but its the hastle factor ive had .my ballance when they shut down.

You can file a claim in the Small Claims Court, but for £25 its probably not worth the hassle.

its not worth the small claims true but im a little lost as to what to do .
cant get at account details now and data protection would charge ten pounds i bet just to get info be interesting to know how many people they owe to could add up to lots of ££££££££££££££

Their customer service manager was a real drip called Andy Stroud. I very much doubt he could even tie his shoelaces together, let alone organise a customer service team.
