Item returned but no refund provided

A few months ago I ordered 2 items from a website (BKCG). They took over a month to arrive, and after looking at them decided to return.

The site has a 16 day returns policy, which I was within, however I've had neither refund nor any contact from the store.

I have proof of delivery from the post office so no compensation is available from them. I have tried e-mailing the store several times and also texting the number on the site (it doesnt accept calls) I don't know what to do. I spent over £150 whch is now completely lost!

Any ideas on what I can do?

Is there a mail address? If yes then send them a letter recorded delivery giving them 14 days to refund you. If the ignore then raise a small claims action.

If you paid by card just do a charge back, otherwise small claim court via https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/
