Hi All, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I could do with some advise. I am traveling 210 Miles tomorrow to go and view a few Static caravans to buy 1 as a holiday home for my family. The prices I have been quoted are diverse and some include the fees, others everything in it some are newer then others so enough choice. The question is; does any one know what I need to keep my eye on and what I can say to get the seller/s to drop their price even a bit? Any advise appreciated..

this is a very good mobile home site0 -
Mobile homes depreciate so will (or at least should) get cheaper as they get older. Main other cost will be site fees which generally seem to be over £1,000 a year. Worth checking whether the site is open all year round (a lot aren't, and you may be thinking about taking holidays at "strange" times).0
