power washer to wash car?
A bloke came to the door and offered to clean my brick pavior drive and patio for £100.
After telling him to clear off I had a look at my patio and drive and it did look like it could do with a clean, so I went and bought a power washer for less than £100 and my drive and patio now look lovely and clean.
And it is a lot more fun than using a brush and hose.
One of the attachments is a bottle that you fill with shampoo or some other liquid so I thought if the power washer can clean my drive it could clean my car.
Or will it strip the paint off my car like it stripped the moss off my drive?
And if it is safe to use the power washer to wash my car, what would I put in the bottle? car shampoo?
I would look at the instructions but they got wet.

I would not get the jet too near the paint , keep nozzle 18" away and DO NOT PUT HIGH PRESSURE JET ON THE TYRES. it blasts the carbon filler out of the wall structure and weakens them. You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0

Use the power water jet to remove the dirt/mud , esp under wheel archs , but I would throw the bottle/brush away .0

Domestic power washers are handy for blasting patios, garden furniture and the underside of cars. You'll be disappointed using it to clean the paintwork though as it really acts just like a water wasting hose with no real beneficial result.0

Unless you get yourself a foamer attachment and some snowfoam.0
