Started PPI reclaim with Yorkshire Bank

Have had to send an SAR to the Yorkshire Bank as paid of my loan about 4 years ago and have no longer have the details from that account. I've looked pretty extensively through this forum and was wondering if anyone else has reclaimed successfully from the Yorkshire Bank

Hi, I've been trying to reclaim PPI from Clydesdale (part of YB) and they have been so difficult it's unreal. I'm now going to the ombudsman. They first told me that records showed my loan to be paid off so they didn't have to send me a copy of the agreement. Then I did SAR letter and they responded saying they had no record of me. Someone's telling porky pies! Either they have records or they don't.

I went ahead and complained anyway with the little info I had and I had a response back saying they had no evidence that showed I had PPI (I'm sure I did!)
